Thank you for visiting our newly redesigned website.   We hope you are exploring the many new features it has to offer!

In addition to the new website, we have also completed a new online portal for you to access your accounts with us – Taxes, Utilities, and General Receivables.  You now have the ability to check your account balances online, at any time and pay your accounts using a debit card (visa or mastercard debit cards), or credit card Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, (charges will apply for credit card payments

NEMI VIRTUAL TOWN OFFICE  - Login into  My Town

To register for NEMI’s new Virtual Town Office, you will need to know some information from your tax bill and/or utility bill or Invoice/Statement, so you will want to have these handy.


Click on any one of the sign in links.  

If this is the first time on the site, you will need to register a username and password to access your accounts. On the sign in page, you are given the option to “self-register” by clicking on the “Activate your account with us” link.  This will take you to the page to set up your new account.  

For the Log On Information tab, you must choose and enter a User Name (up to 15 characters) and set a password (at least 8 characters, which must include a mix of UPPER case and lower case letters, at least 1 number, and 1 symbol).  You will be asked for a valid email address as your contact email.  

When you have completed this step, and hit next, you will be taken to the Personal Information tab where you will be asked for information from your tax bill, water bill or receivable invoice. You may choose either one of these to set up your account, and you must provide both pieces of information as requested. 

Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your registration.  Once completed, you should receive a message saying “Your account registration was successful.   An email has been sent to confirm your account creation.”  You will have to follow the link in the email to activate your account.  

After clicking on the activation email link, you should get another message of “Success!  Your account has been activated.”

Congratulations!  You can now log in and access our online services.
