PRE-AUTHORIZED PAYMENT PLAN
Have your tax and utility payments automatically withdrawn
from your bank account in equal monthly installments.
Convenience
• Save postage, transportation and time
• No cheques to write
• You won’t have to keep track of due dates and payments
• You won’t get caught with late payment penalties
Equal monthly payments
Have your payments automatically withdrawn from your bank account in twelve equal monthly payments starting November 1st each year. Any necessary adjustments to your account will be made in the following November. Statements will continue to be mailed to you on a regular basis.
Withdrawal or Information Change
If you have any information changes or would like to withdraw from the plan, please notify the Town Office in person or by writing by the 15th day of the month.
Who is Eligible?
• If you own property in the Town of Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands, you
can take advantage of this convenient program.
• You can enroll any or all of your properties in this program.
• Your initial application is valid as long as you own the property and as long as you
choose to stay in the plan. You do not need to reapply every year.
