PLEASE NOTE:
Beginning on March 1st, 2010, the Little Current Swing Bridge will be closed to traffic from 11pm to 5am for construction (excluding Fri. and Sat. nights). The bridge will open briefly at 2am nightly to allow queued traffic to cross. Please contact the Ministry of Transportation for more information.

PUBLIC NOTICE
 The Public are advised there will be a Special Council meeting on Wednesday, March 3, 1020 at 7:00pm in the NEMI Recreation Centre Main Hall. The items on the agenda will include:
1. Municipal Consultation with Northland Power Inc.
2. Road Use Agreement with Northland Power Inc.

The Public are advised of the following meeting changes:

Council scheduled for Tuesday, March 16, 2010 is changed to Tuesday March 23, 2010.

Communtiy Services and Public Works scheduled for Thursday, March 18, 2010 is changed to Thursday, March 25, 2010

Animal Control
The Town of NEMI has now contracted RAINBOW DISTRICT ANIMAL CONTROL / Wenrick Kennels for animal control services within our municipality. They can be reached at 705.673.3647 or 1.800.836.6661 (not answered after 6pm) for any questions or concerns.

2010 Dog Licenses are now available from the above, or at the Municipal Office.
